Very disappointed. Although the gym itself is pretty good it’s costly. But my main gripe is that after injuring myself falling off a treadmill there I took advice from the hospital to rest for 6 months. I stalled and paid the 3.99 a month for two months hoping to recover but then found I couldn’t. I told them I had to end at the gym and they still charged me 26.99 even though I hadn’t been using the gym for 3 months. I think that’s very unfair and for that reason I won’t be back.terrible policy.

One of the staff members is very rude and doesn’t know to how to talk to people. And this has happened many times.

i signed up on 11/26/2024. the manager told me i only have to pay for those 4 days. and then the payment will be deducted monthly. but then i was charged for 2 months not 1 month and 4 days. then he told me if i cancel the membership i have to give 30 days notice. today is 9/2/2025. when i told him to cancel the subscription he said i will be able to cancel on 10/2. but no. i have to pay until 10/30.

I recently moved to snap fitness for Jeanette Tomlinson’s classes. I’ve been going to her classes for around 15 years now and she is THE ABSOLUTE BEST! She’s so motivating and always makes exercising fun. I’ve not had much use of the main gym yet but the equipment I have used all seems great. Parking is free and easy. The classroom is great too… I love the lights! Some better speakers would definitely enhance the class experience, but that’s easily fixed 🙏🏻🙂

Joined this gym friendly atmosphere love the classes with Jeanette weekends always start with an amazing class she's always motivational and fun. Plus Katerina's classes are fab . Only reason I'm not lazy 2 fab instructors xx
