Dodgy policy with regards to freezes and cancellation. Gym is alright but cramped up. Had to do a surgery but could not resume, therefore, wanted leave as I could not resume for a long time. This incurred a cancellation when it was paused for another 2 months. I was a member at the gym since it opened but not going there back. If money can be taken that is all it matters.
Absolutely Shockingley poor management, lack of communication over social media, long periods of unstaffed times not just by the staff at the aber gym its self but at Snap Fitnesses in general No less than 4 occasions I have tried to visit the gym with no staff to open the door or answer the phone Unsuitable for strength athletes as you can not have your bag/equipment on the gym floor to hand or use chalk while lifting. Would recommend the university gym, the cater to all.
Used the gym for a week while visiting the area, well kept clean gym.
