Only had one session while working in the area, plenty of good equipment an a decent size. Will definitely go again if in the area again

Open 24hrs but parking only from 8am to 8pm so relatively useless for those that drive. Also totally unnecessary cancellation policy, ended up costing me £90 before they allowed me to cancel and threatened court even though I had rung to cancel.

Extremely expensive, charging £30 for just sign up is ridiculous. People must boycott and give their money elsewhere.

genuinely got the weirdest most convoluted cancellation/freezing policy. called to cancel 3 weeks ago and was told to email, which i did, got no response (even though apparently one was sent, never received it). got charged today for the paused membership from two months ago, called to check why it hadn’t been cancelled? was told it was only paused even though i called and emailed explicitly saying to cancel it. then proceeded to get charged for the 30 day cooldown period (full membership price btw which feels really scammy ... read more
