I'm from NYC and Tuesday night was my first time there with my family and friends. The food and service was so good that we all went back the next night!

Went to the 28th St. location for a late lunch yesterday. Food was great! Drinks could've been a little stronger considering the price. Waiter was nice and got us anything we needed rather quickly. We will be going back!
We visited the Grand Rapids store tonight and was very disappointed. We have been here before and liked it but not tonight. There was a small pile of dishes behind the hostess desk. There was knapkins and paper under the table we sat at. Also Our table was sticky. The icing on the cake was when I went to the bathroom. It was a mess paper all over. No toilet paper. When I let the manger know that the bathroom needed some attention and he asked me to be more specific. We won't be back.

I ordered to go and was told it would take 20 to 25 minutes. It took double. I was supremely disappointed in the service and some of the food too. It will be quite some time before I go back.
