I do not like Smokey Bones! Service and food is poor. I have been to three different locations and disappointed in all.
Excellent food and great service by Carl!!!! We will definitely come back if we are back this way again!!!
My wife and I went here on Saturday. The service was terrific with Dexter as our server. I got the smoked wings and St. Louis ribs. The wings were the best I've ever had and the ribs were a solid 8.5 out of ten. My wife had the Texas beef brisket which she greatly enjoyed as well. We would highly recommend this place.
Best food, best service, best atmosphere. My favorite place. Not to mention Dexter is hilarious. He made our night even better.
The server was great but the food was very poorly made very disappointed in the quality of how the food was made ....ordered Mac an cheese they put sliced cheese on top of noodles not even melted it was ridicules considering how much we are paying for this food ......the one in Lansing on the other hand was on point an amazing great food an service ...I don't think I will be back to this one unless the quality changes :(
Just stopped here for the first time and stood at the door for 10 minutes waiting to be sat. I figured the closer I got to the hostess stand maybe someone would see me. Nope. So instead I reversed accross the parking lot to the Applebee's, where they greated me with respect and care.
I was disappointed in the fact that the server didn't put in our appetizer separate from our dinner order so everything came at once. Ribs would have been good if they were if they would have been warm. Very disappointed in our visit. Oh I must not forget the servers shirt was too small and her boobs were falling out every time she vent over at a table. Which she made sure to do at every table. If I wanted to see someone's nipples I would go to a strip joint. Not impressed at all.
The food was phenomenal as was our server , Dexter . The best smoked wings ever !!! The hot doughnuts with raspberry and chocolate sauce are out of this world !!!! Thank you Dexter !!!
Went there this evening and it took 45 minutes to get our food and it was just okay. Only saving grace was the manager comping our meal. Probably won't go back.
