Expensive, small portions, and poor service. Waited 45 minutes for our food when they weren't busy.
The place really smells like urine. The service was pretty slow even though it wasn't busy. Our orders were messed up. The food was mediocre. Wanted to try a place that we've never been before. Wasn't worth the price.

The Staff was Amazing along with the food. Clean and friendly environment
Great service. Worst food ive ever had. Went as a party of 3 everyone agreed we would never eat there again.

Visiting Grand Rapids from CA and wanted to try a place that we wouldn't normally get back home. In a group of 6, we all had problems! All had watered down alcoholic drinks, and my wings, which were supposedly the best around, still head feathers on them, a significant amount too, not just 1 or 2. The worst part is when we complained about the drinks, the bar manager was less than apologetic and actually told us we had drank "too much" of our drinks, not even half, and didn't want to switch them out for us. Strangest thing tonight. Walk into Smokey Bones seeing lots of empty tables only to be told we couldn't be seated for 30-45 minutes because their kitchen was "under water". She explained she meant too backed up to take any more orders. Strange. Couldn't even be seated to order drinks?! Your loss became Applebee's gain U guess, When I asked if management knew they were turning business away I was told we weren't being turned away we just couldn't be seated (again...LOTS of empty tables
