We went tonight w/6 people. I will say that your rating would have been 5 stars.. BUT.. food took over an hour to get.. The staff was polite.. but food took forever.. you were not what I'd call busy.. Food was good. I was kind of expecting a little discount - but there was none offered.

So this used to be one of my favorite restaurants.. Love the food, love the atmosphere, but the waitstaff and kitchen officially let me down this last time. I ordered a pulled pork pocket without coleslaw for lunch, after waiting 20 minutes for our food my sandwich came out with coleslaw pieces on the sandwich like it was put on then removed. Excellent service and food. Music was alternative rock. Which i like a lot.
This is a love hate place. Tonight it was a hate place. Potato was cold (typical), wings were over cooked, and the mix drinks were weaker than usual. We have been several times and this will be our LAST. Will not tolerate rudeness from Bartender.
I love going there.the food is spectacular.Service is fantastic especially Andrea in the grand rapids Smokey bones..
