Amazing food and service! Our food and drinks came out promptly along with great conversation from our server tori! We will definitely be coming back and asking for tori again!
Sat us in a corner booth and forgot about us. Never brought us refills, 1.5 hrs later and our food came out cold. Manager came out, did give us a discount however it was still $75. We should have walked out. And the food wasn't very good. Didn't eat mine.
I was really surprised about the condition of the ceilings inside the restaurant. I usually grab food to go and never paid it any attention, but to see large holes and broken tiles in several areas was very upsetting. What about the safety of the guests and employees? Overall, my food was good. However, there were many issues with the food of the party I was with. The ribs were too salty and one of the drinks was not tasty. The waitress seemed stressed and slow. My Family comes here a lot everybody enjoys it ! The last two Fridays just me and my husband will go and share that fire grill thing with all the meats and I do have to say that the portion for two is not enough to fill two up but the meat itself is wonderful . This last Friday we each ordered the Hawaiian ribeye and that was absolutely delicious, see you guys next Friday .
For the very first time my family and I eat at Smokey Bones bar at the Grand Rapids location. the waitress very friendly & polite, we started off with smoked chicken wings way over done, my son order double trouble didn't look like the picture on the menu, anyways he kept it. My husband ordered beef brisket he didn't like the sauce it tasted stale & sour he said.
