Came here to eat as haven't been in a while. Place not busy at all barely anyone here and took absolutely forever on the food and on top of that waited forever on refills when we said we needed them.

Do not go here. We went on a night when not even 1/2 the place was full. The service was horrible. We ordered basic food and an appitizer and it took over 2 hours to get in and out. Our waitress disappear for over 1/2 of our meal. I had to flag down the manager to get our food and all he did was offer a free piece of cake. Then when my friend paid his $29 bill with a $100 the waitress took 20 min to get the change and then she cashed out the wrong ticket. Came into town from Seattle looking to relocate here and was told by a local that I needed to try the Smokey Bones chain. So my wife, daughter, and I went in and were greeted promptly and seated right away. When we told the waitress it was our first time coming, she took extra time to explain the menu items and to steer us toward items we would be most likely happy with. She was right. Marie (our waitress) was so energetic and fun that I think the meal was better because of her ambiance. Cannot wait to go back.
This place on rivers ave. used to be really nice and food was great! So happy to see the menu expand with more to choose from now. BUT~ We came in to eat two weeks ago, on an early Friday evening and the food was old and cold... The whole place was a mess with dirty tables and floors. The bathroom had long hair weave all over the sink area and someone left their flip flops on the floor in front of the sinks. Not sure who is running this place, but someone needs to tighten the place up and make sure people are doing their job... read more

I wanted to treat my husband to dinner on Easter Sunday and our experience just ruined everything. First, we walked in and there were 5-6 ladies standing around the hostess podium clearly arguing or in a heated disagreement about something. We waited for about 2 minutes or so before they finally dispersed and someone actually acknowledged that we were standing there. After years of going for the ribs, tonight was the last time. Sat at the bar, as usual, service was absolutely horrific. We had to wave a cook down to get silverware after we got the wrong order that we waited almost 30 minutes to order. Lexi, please find another job!
