I visited this place last week!! The food was great, but best of all my bartender/waitress courtney was so attentive and awesome!! Go see her!
Work on your customer service!!! Never greeted, and watched employees laugh and play around for 10 minutes before coming over and seating us. As we were waiting another customer also standing there asked how long we had been waiting... where is the hostess at?? In the back somewhere. The food is always good and the service from the staff is exceptional I only wish we had one here in Columbia..
Ordered 1/3 rack baby back ribs and pulled pork combo- received tablespoon of pulled pork and THREE ribs! My husband had the ribs and wings combo and same thing, 3 ribs and 3 wings! Ordered kids chicken n waffles. Great if you dont want syrup cause it came with NONE! VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!

Ordered the pulled pork sandwich with slaw and upgraded side to Big Mac and cheese. The sandwich was the size of a regular McDonald’s burger and the Big Mac and cheese was a kiddie portion. Felt totally ripped off considering with tip it was $21.00. Boo! Will never go back.
Just came to Charleston, SC and got rained out :((( this restaurant was just around the corner from our hotel and I am SO GLAD I CAME HERE!!! my girlfriend and I had a great time and really enjoyed the hospitality of the south. If you want to have fun and are rained in I definitely recommend this restaurant. Courtney, Alex, Summer, Charlotte, Randy, Shante, and all the staff were so funny and awesome! If you are in North Charleston, come here and ask for them... you’ll have a blast!!!!!
We went to smoke bones on rivers Ave tonight as date night. Not knowing we would be there for over 2 hours. They seemed very under staffed as their were plenty of empty tables. My man had to change his beer order two times. First time was because they were out. The second time was because the beers were running hot and they didn't know why. My daughter has worked for this company for 1 year 2 months. As of today I have instructed her to quit, she loved this job and worked her butt off for this company, memorized every single bar drink and could make them by heart . She was sick for the last few days with the flu, her manager accused her of being on drugs last night because she had a cough and was running fever, he removed her from bartending but kept her serving and told her to come in tonight and he will decide if she is working or not or even has a job.
