The company I work for love to have a catered lunch from Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill - N. Charleston, SC. Due to a mix-up for Thanksgiving, our order was not ready an hour before of company luncheon. Lee and his staff all went in and made sure we were taken care of properly while also tending to the busy lunch crew. We appreciate all that you did for us that day.
Sat at the bar for 10 mins in a dead restaurant without being acknowledged. Meanwhile staff are a few feet away carrying on conversation. Kind of disappointing seeing how the place is now since I’ve worked there. 🤷🏻♀️
My family and I spend a lot of our birthday celebrations here. The food has always been great and the service is amazing. Angela has always made us feel like family. You're lucky to have her working there. Keep up the great work.
The meat falls right off the bones
I'm from out of town and the bartenders were very happy and pleasant. Food was amazing would strongly recommend.

My Sisters n I got there at 7pm was seated at our table the waitress was really really terrible and the manager ,at 8:30 we still had not been served we walked out,before leaving we spoked to the manager again he acted like he didn’t even remember speaking with us we told him how bad the service was that ,we never got our order he didn’t apologize or anything! Never again!!!

The Food was Awesome! But the Service was TERRIBLE.... The Server kept Using The F- Word ! She was Dressed Inappropriately for Being a Server, She was the Only one dressed this way! Then didnt come back to our Table after she Brought our Food Even tho We ask for a Drink and Napkins, She returned long enough to Give us a Check! Very unhappy Because the Food was All Great!
