Service was fabulous but the food not so much. Kitchen couldn’t get the timing right & most of it was burnt or cold.

Well I wasn’t going to write a review but Sunday (July 29, 2018), I decided to give you guys a 3rd chance. I decided to try the brisket and chicken and I was VERY disappointed. Chicken taste like rubber and the BBQ sauce was watered down. I ate my potato and bread, I took my meat home and it’s still in the fridge. Since you guys sells BBQ I thought it would have been good but it wasn’t. First time I had your steak and it was horrible, second time I had the pork chop and this time the BBQ.

Our waiter was excellent. But did not appreciate standing up front for over 5 minutes without being acknowledged by at least one of the 3 females that walked up there. Finally some female comes up and asks "how many", we answer and then she said "follow me". No smile, no hello, no sorry for the wait. I asked her if she was having a shitty day when we got to the table and she said yes, and mumbled something about either her or someone she knew being ill. I told her then she needed to go home. Got the chicken tacos today for lunch. They were delicious and better than I thought they would be. Being lunch I only ate two of them and wrapped the other up and put it in my plate for later. A few minutes later we asked the waitress for the bill since I had someplace to be. When she returned I noticed that she had picked up my plate and left with my taco. I’m not one to complain but tonight has taken the cake.Service is horrible especially the kitchen is sooooo slow does not even describe our experience tonight.Cold and salty nachos,under cooked wings and oh yeah we went for the all you can eat wings special.Well it has taken over an hour and half just to get the second order of wings.Never going back.�

Worse restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life. Food took over an hour to come out. Didn’t have silverware, found foil in the meat. Waiter dropped half of the fries from 2 different meals on the table. Said would bring more fries. Didn’t come back until everyone was done eating with another order of fries. I would skip this place and go somewhere else. The floors were greasy and very dirty.

We’ve frequented the rivers avenue location several times and never has the service been fantastic but tonight it was horrible. We decided to have dinner and sit at the bar as we were just ordering wings. We were looked over at least twice as one of the bartenders tended to another couple sitting ahead of us. We finally were asked what we’d like to drink and got menus. There were three people working in the bar area but still it took someone at least 15 minutes to come back so we could order.
