It’s one thing to be good at your job, but it’s another to know how to treat your customers properly. I booked an appointment for my graduation ceremony, and it was cancelled just a few hours before the scheduled time. I gave them another chance and booked again weeks later, only for that appointment to also be cancelled a few hours beforehand. If you have an important event and truly need a reliable haircut, I would advise looking elsewhere. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place at all.
Very disappointed with yesterdays experience. I originally booked a 17:30 haircut via Booksy. I then received a request from the barber to change the appointment to 16:30, which I accepted even though it wasn’t my original booking. I knew I might be around 5 minutes late, so I tried multiple times to call the number listed on Booksy and Google to let them know. Will cancel your appointment to fit one of their mates in. No availability now till next week. Used to go here a lot. Will find somewhere else.
Love my new haircut I previously got a haircut at a different barbers and the messed me up then I went to Smokey’s absolutely amazing my barber was dash I will definitely be going back there again 5 stars
