After spending over $7000.00 on a mower and $2000.00 on Echo tools for a lawn business. The first time I change the edger blade the screw was stripped. Their customer service response: Too bad, want to buy another one. BUYER BEWARE if you have a problem. Edger was $89 new, to fix $45 in parts and $50 service fee. Their great when your buying. Just don't come for anything else.
RecommendedVisited today for help with my Irrigation Controller. Met Kieth Francis and he walked me thru a complete course in programming the device. He even gave me his mobile # should I need further assistance. I give them my absolute highest rating for customer service.
