2 of their employees who were supposed to focus on major cleanups and extremely tedious detail work were let go because they supposedly took too long to make a house look perfect as stated in their job description.. also let go (laid off) of several other people in the past few weeks without an honest reason.

Absolutely horrible! I live in a condo off of 159th and Roe. Aspen mowed yesterday. The man who blew off the patios and sidewalk seriously stepped on a plant as he was moving from the sidewalk to the yard. He spit on the sidewalk. And I had mulch run off after the rain Tuesday night. Both the workers had to step right over this and neither took the time to clean it off. My HOA dues are $275 and this is the service I get? I have weeds, dead plants and sod. Absolutely wrong on so many levels.
I have engaged Aspen for several years to provide weeding/maintenance services for my planting beds since they became my community's Landscaper. I believe in supporting the home town teem. I called in the 2nd week in May to request biweekly weeding and maintenance of my planting beds. Long story short, I was told repeatedly over time that I was on the next week's schedule. Aspen was so great to work with on our backyard remodel. Especially George who was very accommodating when I asked for some major changes. Carlos did I great job as well and made our Pergola just how we wanted! We’ve also changed our lawn treatment over to them and couldn’t be happier!
