Eric showed up ahead of schedule. He found the leak which was well concealed. He not only put in a new joint but replaced some wiring connectors, which the original installers had used, as they were substandard. After replacing the sod, which he had removed while looking for the leak, he sewed some grass seed in the bare spots. Eric is very knowledgeable and explains every step of his work if you watch him in action. I highly recommend Eric and Tristate H2O Works for irrigation work.

Eric did an amazing job with getting my sprinkler system up and running. He is so polite and answered all my questions. I will continue to go with Tri State Water Works for all my sprinkler needs.

I scheduled an appointment to start my sprinkler system. The technician came on June 3rd, 2020, said a zone had to be fixed and he will come back. I was charged $86. He left with the system turned off. On June 15, I received an email from the operation manager to reschedule for the first available appointment ... July 16th. I insisted to have an earlier appointment, not to avail. I called another company, The *********** **** **, and the job was done within 24h.
