We were in a panic to get an irrigation problem fixed. Water was spurting above ground. This is our daughter's house in Dawsonville, Ga. They were on a cruise and the 21 yr old grandson was home and didn't know what to do. We are in South Carolina, 3 hours away. The rep from Atlantis was very helpful and informative. He went to the house within an hour to cut the water off. I thought his response was above and beyond the norm and we were very grateful.
