The first tech tried but could not find the problem. Someone else was supposed to come out but I had to keep texting them. Brian had told me initially he like to use texting. Finally, we arranged the his best tech to come and they did not come until the afternoon. Once they got here they found the problems and got everything working.

Original tech did not show, but owner quickly sent another tech who found the problem and repaired it in a short amount of time. Definitely recommend

My experience was fabulous. Brian was so nice it was unbelievable. He was a doll-baby. No words can describe how nice he was and very efficient.

Moved from New York to Georgia this year and have had my sprinkler system freeze over the winters so I called Atlantis to winterize my sprinkler system. Brian, assured me that over his 29 year experience in Georgia, he has not had one system freeze on him. Instead of charging me, he gave me a free, detailed explanation on how to winterize the sprinkler system myself and even gave me his mobile number in the case that I needed more help troubleshooting.
