I was trying to get a hair appointment for my sister with Down’s syndrome, and as a new customer I found this place to be very friendly and inviting! This hair salon met her needs and more, from the customer service to the haircut itself, I mean I couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you to Maisy and the rest of the Smith and Cullens team for such a wonderful experience!

I went to Smith & Cullen today for the first time to have my hair cut with Brooke and I'm so happy with the results. The whole team are so friendly and welcoming- will definitely be booking back in!
I visited this lovely salon at the beginning of year, and have had my cut and colour done by the wonderful Tony 3 times. Whilst I didn’t quite achieve the colour I wanted, I did however have a lovely cut and on every occasion left the salon feeling listened to, well looked after and Tony is one of the kindest humans on earth.
Amazing!!! Start to finish experience!!
