Horrible experience
This is my second truck at Smail, and my first lease I have ever done. Susy Sirnic was great! She was very patient with me to get the exact truck I wanted...thanks Suzy and Jeff for a great experience!
I had to take my Ford Ranger in several times for air bag replacement recall. The job was done in a very short time frame and I was provided transportation to and from. Excellent experience!

We drove from Pittsburgh to buy our Ford truck from Mark Pelchen even though there are many Ford dealers in the Pittsburgh area. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. My hope is Smail becomes a Volvo dealer so that I don't have to deal with Rahail.
