Last year I paid a visit to Smail about an issue with my vehicle's cruise control. They took down my information and said they would call me back later that day. A week later I called back and didn't find any information about my visit. They took down my information again and promised they would call me later that day. They didn't. Best Ford dealership I've ever been to. Service dept. is the best.
We are traveling through the area and our truck indicated it needed an oil change. The service department was able to get us in the same day we called and everyone was very polite.
I had a great experience and everyone was so nice and helpful.. I bought my Focus from kennyross and they were always so rude and mean there and never fixed my car right and also could never get me in.. I walked into smail Ford today and they took my car back right away to fix my brake light. I will definitely return
