RecommendedWe went to three ford dealerships and there at Smail ford they beat the price out of all of them! Lloyd did a great job in finding a great F-150 for my husband and stayed within our budget. We came back the next week and got a new Ford Escape for me and the kiddos! Nick did a great job on the paperwork easy in and easy out! We will be back! It is great to know there are dealerships out there that really care for you and your family not your wallet. 🙂
Karill did a great job during by leasing experience. Very professional, honest and made me a great deal I couldn't refuse. Karill even called me the next day to make sure I was happy with my car. Excellent Customer Service
Generally, the service department is friendly and helpful. I do have one complaint, I went to remove a tire a few days after my last service visit and found the lug nuts were over tightened, no doubt run on with the impact gun. I needed a 2 foot breaker bar to loosen the lug nuts, and ended up damaging two in the process of loosening them. If I would have been out along the road somewhere, I never would have gotten those lug nuts off. John S. was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Took care of everything including the return of my rental car! Customer service was amazing! I definitely recommend trying Smail! You won’t be disappointed!!
