First let me start by saying I had the pleasure of talking with Brittany over the phone for about two weeks. She was very Professional and knowledgeable on everything I asked of her. I live about two hours away and she made everything so easy for me! When it finally came down to seeing the car I fell in love! Brittany and Damien Helped me get the car I wanted. Most definitely recommend. Wonderful team!

Lloyd went all out to make the sale as easy as possible. he helped us get exactly the car we wanted. We love the car and the time he took to help sync in our phones to all the bells and whistles that smart Fusion Electric Plug-in has to offer.
The sales and financing staff are fantastic. I purchased 2 vehicles in October of 2018. One was a lease and the other a special order 2019 Mustang. Both vehicles have been in for service and the staff keeps you aware of the status of your vehicle. All of my future vehicles will be through Bud Smail.

Let's start with communication! On behalf of my daughter and her husband who live in Berks county and her 2014 Escape's transmission failed and left them stranded near Greensburg while on a trip to Pittsburgh, the vehicle was towed to Smail Ford. Although a tech (Mazda) looked at it on the following day and guesstimated the cause of the failure the vehicle was not brought into the shop for 2 weeks for a diagnosis.
