As a critical business person I realize you must give people the benefit of bad days. After coming for service for 3 years I have never had a good experience. You can feel a vibe when you walk into a place the vibe here has always been blaaaa..�� It has taken more than 2 hours for inspection nothing wrong passed only 17,000 miles. I will no be back....

Worthless and can't follow simple requests had problems with my 2013 f150 shifting wrong they said there was a tsb to fix it i said if your going to change the fluid will u please change the filter I'll pay for it dropped it off this morning said again please change filter if ur changing fluid go to pick it up after work imagine that they said they changed the fluid but no filter all I can say is fucking retards wal-mart could of done a better job I think thanks bud smail !
