My wife and I purchased a 2015 Ford Taurus in May. Randy Campbell went above and beyond to assure that our car was right. A few minor dings were immediately identified and fixed. The windshield wipers replaced. The brake rotors needed to be trued and the work was done quickly.
I have never had a worst experience with a dealership , then I had with this one. We purchased a 2015 Saleen Mustang from them in June. Started calling them in August because we never received our registration card and sticker. We were told not to worry since or temp didn't run out till October. Well guess what , we still do not have a registration. My car is now illegal. They never submitted the paper work to the state citing titling problems.
