I just purchased a pre-owned F150 that had 2 previous owners who also bought it from Smail Ford. My sales advisor, Al Blevins, was awesome. We negotiated a price that was well below kbb value. I hope the service department can live up to this high expectation level that has been set.
I bought a 2018 Ford Escape, they told me that the engine was cracked and my engine is on back ordered it is a short block. They told me there trying to get me a long block, I don't understand that at all. I feel that they sold me a lemon and they should replace my vechical. I feel if they replace my engine it's just going to give me more problems.
