@Slomins seriously? You guys expect customers to pay because you sold a 3G product that is going end of life. You should upgrade for free or allow customers to cancel without having to pay. Horrible customer service. Never again! #SlominsSux

Just got a call from my EX-roommate while I was at work: "Some guy from a security company just came to the door. Had an appointment with you?" First off, I never made an appointment with anyone, especially a security company. Why would I make an appointment with a security company for a gated apartment complex that I no longer live?! They are trying to automatically renew my account. I’ve called several times and they say the department in charge is closed and will be reaching out to me yet I haven’t heard back at all and it’s been days . Very frustrating . I haven’t had any trouble before closing any accounts. I will never do business with these people. They think people run on their schedules . I call when I’m available and notified them to non renew my account.

If I were you, I would be very careful about doing business With Slomin's Security. I had a security contract with Slomin's for 19 years. On year 18, the keypad broke. Although the repair was covered by a warranty, Slomin's forced me to sign a new 3 year contract. When I sold my home, Slomin's charged me a $300 termination fee. This is a total breach of contract.

One star, because this BBB system would not let use zero stars. My family is very energy conscious. We keep the house at 59-degrees during the winter, and turn the heat down while no one is home. I go through MAYBE 125 gallons of home-heating oil over a three month span, some times longer. While in a price agreement contract with Slomin's, they INSIST that I need a 200 gallon fill in my tank every month, costing approx $550, and when challenged they keep quoting their system shows I will run out oil in less than a month, whi... read more

I only rated this company a 1 because I couldn't leave it as ZERO which it is! I HATE this company. They are horrible. My contract originally started in August of 2016 and they never called or sent a reminder when I was up and then I had to lock in Dec 2017. It expired and again they never called but that didn't stop them from delivering oil today at more than $1 per gallon more than the market price and leaving me with a huge bill. We signed on with Slomins Inc. in the fall of 2012. We signed and paid for a yearly service agreement which included annual cleaning of our oil burner. In the early spring of 2018, we called to schedule our annual cleaning. We were told that there were no appointments until November and that they would call if there was something earlier.
