Slomin's shield sales representative Rich C******** is the worst person you'll ever meet. He did not explain exactly what the service he fiercely pushed for was clearly about. Rich C******** IS A SCAM and only care about the little commission he's getting from each person he ripped off to make a sale. I have a contract with Slomins oil When I call for furnace tune up in winter they told me they are very busy so they can't schedule for tune up so call back in summer because summer is best time for tune up. When I called in summer I was put on hold five times and later rep said next available date is in February, 2020 six months later once after my contract expires. I have to renew my next contract with Slomins in order to get next tune up what a big trap. Rep was very rude and said they don't have enough staff for tune up ... read more
The consultant and the installer both were very nice and on time. I got a security system installed and my wife and I love it!

I was a customer of Slomin's for 10 years, I persisted with them despite their high costs and availability of cheaper & better alternatives (like ***** ***********. What I did not realize was that they have taken me for granted, and they never bothered to test if the alarm was working properly (so much for their high monitoring fee & service). @Slomins seriously? You guys expect customers to pay because you sold a 3G product that is going end of life. You should upgrade for free or allow customers to cancel without having to pay. Horrible customer service. Never again! #SlominsSux

Just got a call from my EX-roommate while I was at work: "Some guy from a security company just came to the door. Had an appointment with you?" They are trying to automatically renew my account. I’ve called several times and they say the department in charge is closed and will be reaching out to me yet I haven’t heard back at all and it’s been days . Very frustrating . I haven’t had any trouble before closing any accounts. I will never do business with these people. They think people run on their schedules . I call when I’m available and notified them to non renew my account.
If I were you, I would be very careful about doing business With Slomin's Security. I had a security contract with Slomin's for 19 years. On year 18, the keypad broke. Although the repair was covered by a warranty, Slomin's forced me to sign a new 3 year contract. When I sold my home, Slomin's charged me a $300 termination fee. This is a total breach of contract.
