We were extremely disappointed with Sleep Easy Chimney Service. We originally agreed on a price of $150 to modify the gas line leading into our fire place box, to seal off the damper, and to install our pre-purchased gas log set. When the representative visited our home to complete the job, he found that the gas line did not need to be modified and the damper did not need to be sealed off any more than it already was. He was on time, explained the service first, Then performed the chimney inspection and cleaning quickly and left the area clean.
There was a mix up with the appointment time that I was not aware of until they were 1/2 hour late. I called then and found out that they were not still in my area. While I did reschedule, and they did a great job; it was a little fustrating to not get the call earlier that they couldn't make the original appointment time.
Showed up when they said they would; job completed in a timely manner.
