The young man that came out was fine, and just following his boss's instructions, but $65 just to look at our stove? I called several days ahead to let them know the model of the stove and to tell them that a gasket had come off so they could come with the parts necessary. But when the young man got there He said they don't do that...they would come again and charge another $65 plus labor and materials...not pleased when they didn't even carry the adhesives with them in their truck....not very professional in my mind.
