They called right away to make an appointment. The day they were to meet me after work to clean my gutters was a cloudy day, with rain forecast for the afternoon. I thought, "Oh, no! I've waited too late!" But Glen called me at work to ask if it would be okay for them to clean the gutters that morning, because it was supposed to rain in the afternoon. Came ontime and checked everything out
The service technician was very professional and thorough. He took time to make sure the entire vent was cleaned, even though it required cleaning from the outside and from the inside. After the job he reconnected the dryer and tested the dryer to be sure everything was working. He cleaned the area around the dryer and washer. The owner even followed up with me to be sure the service was acceptable. I am a small business owner and I know the value of customer service and technical capabiltiy. I've been waiting 3 weeks for a fireplace screen because the one they brought was too small. No word from them when I will get one. Very expensive for the little bit of cleaning they did.
Got both my gas fireplaces working. One stopped again and they retuened and fixed it free.
Very upfront and informative
The technician was polite, on time, followed instructions and did an O.K. job. He said he would check the shop for a piece we might need and get back with us. too soon for him to get back with us. We will see on that issue.

Gas fireplace would't light. Matt found the problem right away and could have saved me some money if they had suggested that I check the safety switch, However having it checked for leaks and operation gives us a feeling of peace so it was worh it.
