Glen and his brother both came out for the assessment. They were here for a significant period of time, but were unable to ascertain exactly the problem. The unit was cleaned thoroughly and they did put a lot of effort into trying to fix the unit (including a call to the manufacturer for technical support). He was in the chimney and cleaned it and out all in 15 mins, and he even helped me with some advice on switching my gas line and adding gas logs. He was very helpful!
They showed up on the time they said, did their job and left without a mess. They were very nice. We will use them again.
