Price was a little steep for work performed.
Coated Chimney Cap With Product That Did Not hold Up. Came Back And Recoated Cap With New Product. On Time At No Charge And A Pleasure To Do Business With. Good Price, Great Attitude,And Prompt.
They didnt make the first 4 dates set up to install my flue pipe. On the 5th they were an hour and a half late and then did not have all the parts. Two days after that they finally came back to finish the job. I had to pay another contractor to come and babysit. Half of the tools they used were mine, not only that, there is still a real nice hole through my soffit that they say is the proper way to install pipe. They asked to get at least half of the money when they did finally show and I told them NO WAY!
The individual that came out was on time. He did a great job of checking the fireplace out and walked me through all of the activities he was carrying out. He even spent time educating me on the system itself.
They don't return phone calls promptly.
It took a while but they did get everything done. Expensize. First they do a diagnostic and a fee of about $75. I guessed they would come and look over everything in the fireplace and not only find the part that was not working but assess the rest of the system. The service person walked in I told him what my fireplace was doing he told me what was wrong and about what it would cost and ordered the parts needed and that was it. Cares about the customer. Did a very helpful diagnosis first by email photos and then a visit to the house and in the end we decided not to upgrade and the chimney didn't need cleaning but still no charge. They are great! Unheard of these days.
I appreciated the knowledge and information shared when I asked questions of the tech. He was excellent and very personable and made some recommendations and safety tips. I requested a quote for repairs needed and immediately gave me a quote after he and I completed the completed project transaction. I gave this company name and the tech's name to neighbors and co-workers.
He was on time and made great efforts to keep the rest of the house clean.
