I've got a 35 year old chimney that my wife said we couldn't burn wood in until it was inspected. Brett came by and looked at it and said it was all good. I figured it was good but I have learned to pick and choose my battles.
They were the only suppler that I heard from. They have been great to work with so far. Repair work is scheduled for Dec. 12.
Thought the charge for "inspecting" my second chimney was excessive as it took less than 3 min. But the work actually done on my primary chimney was done well and very professionally.
Positive attitude, professional, and were able to keep mess contained, as to perform the cleaning on my fireplace the "sweeping" took place in my living room. Also had a small leak, the service technician got right up on the roof, did his inspection and made the necessay repair. This is the first time I ever hired a chimney cleaning service and was very pleased. I would highly recommend them.
