The technision was extremely helpful and was thorough as well. He was very friendly and ancwered any questions I had. I would of given 4.5 stars for the service, but the scheduled time that I had made with the office, was changed the day before the service was to be done to an 1 1/2 hr later. This required me to change my schedule that was planned based upon our previous time commitment. Other than this, I feel this complication it was a good experience over all!
The in-home service was thorough, and the "technician" was extremely friendly. I felt he was honest and provided a recommendation that was in line with what I was expecting for fixes to our chimney. We hired them again to make the fixes because of their good service.
Work was completed on time and appears to be good. Recommended more expensive work - said a liner we had installed earlier was installed improperly.
They showed up on time and did a very good job. It took care of my issue i was having with my Dryer.
I was worried about the safety of burning wood in my fireplace, but after cleaning the chimney, he checked it and said it was definitely safe to build a fire in the fireplace. That made my family happy. He was earlier then the expected appointment and that made me happy. I would definitely use them again.
Technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was actually earlier than the original appointment. I would use this company for my fireplace needs.
The professionals who did the work were good. They came in and did what was needed. The only thing that bothered me was when they came they were late and did not call. but work is complete.
On time. Very professional. Work done as promised. Honest.
The service man that came out was very good. He did a a great job and made sure it was done just the way I wanted it to done. My fireplace looks brand new now.
