The initial call from this company was fantastic. I appreciated the humor and patience the representative show. She set the appointment explained to me what will happen before my appointment and the day before my appointment she called again. She provided a timeframe they arrived on time. Did a great job cleaning the fireplace and inspecting it. They also offered to clean my ducts so. They did a great job on that as well. I was able to kill two birds with one stone.
