They correctly diagnosed the problem as a bad blower assembly bearing and returned to promptly install replacements when the parts arrived. They called to confirm appointments and were very professional. I would use them again.
The serviceman was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. We are elderly, and cannot crawl up on our roof, but he took very good pictures to show us what we needed and then took pictures to show us the repairs. He was on time.
