We never tell a customer we cant do anything for them. I have review this customer and all the services we supplied where needed and they did fix the water coming in at the original point. The customers are always told that with water there maybe other areas where the water is coming in that may be very difficult to find. Like where the house meets the chimney for one example, which would be a siding company. The products we applied did perform the applied function.
