They are going to install a gas insert for the fireplace. Everything so far has been excellent!

The workman came early and replaced the chimney cap and I sent the payment to them in the mail.
I had a chimney cap installed, furnace flue inspected/cleaned & ductwork cleaned. There was an issue at first with lateness with no phone call indicating why. Apparently, there was a mechanical problem with a machine they needed for my project. I did receive an apology. But, I was unable to wait past a certain time and had to reschedule. They were unable to get anyone out for another 5 days (counting the weekend) which caused me to reschedule an appointment. Once I got past all this, everything was great. Prompt, efficient, friendly, knowledgable, helpful. Sleep Easy cleaned and inspected my two chimneys, repaired cracks in the chimney crown, and advised of further problem and possible solutions.
Hired this co. to install 2 chimney caps. While performing this work they noticed the crown of the chimney was in poor condition. They suggested a sealant (30 year warranty) rather than replacement which would have been more expensive. The techs also inspected my gas log (which hadn't worked in years) and were able to quickly diagnose the problem (a faulty valve). They recommended that I call a plumber to fix the valve problem. The techs were very personable, knowledgeable, and quick. I will use this company again!
