I hired this company on Home Advisor recommendation. When the person (Mike) arrived, he wanted to check the chimney outside first. He then said he wouldn't clean my fireplace because it had not been cleaned properly previously and he would need an additional $275 dollars and a reschedule. He would just charge me $95 for the camera and inspection. I foolishly paid him the $95. He was to send me an email receipt and photo that he said was of the inside of the fireplace. Gentleman was very knowledgeable about fireplaces. He was also friendly and answered all my questions.
They are happy to repair minor crack in back wall rather than replace which was recommendation of another company.
