The person was very friendly. When he saw my chimney wasn't dirty he looked disappointed. The inside of me Fireplace was dirty and he did not clean it. I had to ask him questions and he was suppose to call me to come back and seal me chimney on the outside. He never showed. I will call someone else next year.
