We had a steep roof on a two story house and he quickly resolved the leak around the storm collar of our chimney pipe. He also recommended we have the roof around our chimney chase checked out, due to excessive wear likely from the masons that installed the stone facade in the chase. We never would have known about that condition had he not told us. It is a two year old house, but he said the roof in that area looked 15 yrs old.
The guys were very courteous. They discussed options with me that I had not previously considered regarding the addition of gas logs. Overall, a great experience.
Did a very good job and extremely helpful with our fireplace needs and questions.
