Sleep Easy communicated very well prior to service day, as well as day of service, and provided courteous, on-time work. They did a great job explaining what they were doing, made sure there was no mess. My only comment is the cost - while I am sure they are competitive with other chimney sweep firms, a charge of $145 for what amounted to be 5-10 minutes worth of work, bothers me. Great customer skills at the home!
Service tech showed up on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. The tech able to correct an issue with my flue, he then quickly cleaned the chimney. In the end, our chimney was cleaned by a friendly professional, who left no mess and for a fair price.
Repaired back section of pre-fad chimney. Clean the chimney and cleaned the dryer vent. good job on all. It just took a hour for all.
The service tech was very thorough and did good work.
They were awesome. Worked us in druing a very busy season, and told us exactly the condition of our fireplace. They showed up on time and were very efficient and friendly.
