Prompt with phone calls and letting us know they were running late. Very knowledgeable and courteous .
The worker who cleaned our fireplace also inspected our chimney and gave us valuable tips for using our fireplace. The cost came in less than quoted because our fireplace and chimney did not require all the work originally planned.
I have used this service since I moved into my home in 1996. It was owned by someone else at the time, but I stayed with them ... I am very happy with their professional attitude and work. They have done much work to my old fireplace (circa 1948) and I feel very safe every time I build a fire! Next up: saving $$ so that I can have them rebuild the back wall :-)
The guy that came out was very friendly. We have a heatalator gas fire place so he was unable to work on it because it was computerized. There was no charge and he wrote up a sheet so I could take it to the next place I call to repair.
Professional, courteous, arrived on time, completed work quickly, prices reasonable, I would recommend them.
They installed my new pellet stove, but gave me wrong product manual. They didn't help me with my questions. They took my money & then left town on a cruise, so I could not reach them. They told me I had to start the machine myself, when I knew I paid extra for the self-starter. They then admitted I did have this. They didn't even know what they were doing or selling me. Very helpful, answered all questions relating to the chimney, very quick service and offered additional options.
Tech was professional; he explained everything in detail. Luckily we didn't have to fix anything but he helped us know how to trouble shoot in the future. Would definitely re-hire and recommend to my friends/neighbors.
