They came quickly to inspect, and was honest that my needs were modest and I could do the work myself to save money and if I need there help they would be happy to do the work. They were passionate about making chimneys work!
The contractor communicated well. they called to let us know when certain steps in the process would be completed and they let us know when the crews would be at the house.
