I called to have my dryer vent cleaned out. When the guy came to my house he started to clean the vent and told me it wasn't dirty. He asked some questions about why I thought it needed cleaning and then realized that the vent was disconnected somewhere.. He checked around and found the problem and repaired it. Did not charge me for the cleaning I did not need. Very professional. would highly recommend ..great service

Serviceman was gracious, skilled, answered all my questions and went beyond my expectation. He knows safety issues, repaired my chimney. Cleaned up thoroughly. Explained tips on starting fires and keeping safe. I will call Sleep Easy again in a year.
The chimney should have been checked first. There was a board glued on top of it under the chimney cap. My living room and kitchen had soot in the air. The younbg man knew something was wrong because he went out back and looked at the chimney then looked up inside the chimney. He did not even bother about telling me I was going to have soot on my furniture and floating in the air to breath.
