Service was quick and tech was knowledgeable.
Tech was late due to scheduling error (didn't appear to be his fault) and the process could have been more in-depth. That being said, he located a cracked flue and missing mortar within minutes and potentially saved me $10,000 had I purchased the house without getting a chimney inspection. Tech wasn't able to fully conduct a Level II inspection on the second flue, and with no prompting from me, changed the quoted charge to reflect that he did a visual (and cheaper) inspection. They were fabulous! They not only replaced our chimney, but did it with artistic flair.
fast, courteous, explained in detail and good service.
Worst customer service that I ever experienced. Cost were high. The service was bad and my fireplace is still not functioning properly. This was an absolute waste of money. I wouldn't recommend this group to a foe.
