They did a very neat job. The chimney is beautiful and fits my 95 year old house. They did charge more than the other company but I felt they had a better concept of the chimney design and style of bricks that would go with my house.

Part of our agreement was not completed. Every thing was done as agreed except when it came to water proofing the chimney. The excuse was: they forgot to put the chemical on the truck. When the service tech returned to waterproof the cap that he repaired, he said it was too cold and that the chimney was in good shape structurally and didn't need water proofing. They installed the Stove on the second trip, the technicians were clean and friendly and professional. However, they did leave the electrical wiring for me to do, which I really had no clue about how to install and we are going to have to get someone else to hook up the blower to the wood stove. I did not have the understanding that they could not do that piece when they did the installation.
I was pleased with the work they did on the pellet stove,he was on time,and knew what he was doing like a pro.
