Everyone here was so friendly and helpful, from the case manager to the doctors and nurses. The DMC lived up to its great reputation.
workers are rude, lie on your papers, and try holding you against your will when your healthy enough to be discharged. even threaten to get you arrested so you either stay there longer or you get locked up. VERY unprofessional.
The way patients are mistreated! The SICU is great and also MICU THEY believe in saving life’s not to ignore people and let them die from being ignored
it was horrible. some staff did want to help but I went hours without medication and was treated horribly by some staff.
I was treated very rude!!! in a dmc employee as well, and this goes against the conduct!! I was not treated nor triaged after being. there for 2 hours!! all i did was ask the nurse how many people was in front of me And she got mad and through the paperwork down, and put 2 more people ahead of me.. I will be contacting higher authority

Bad medical assistance I came in for a toothache in emergency and I refused to give me a cup of water I really don’t know why I understand that every emergency is treated as an emergency but all my paperwork it states that I’m coming in for a abscess tooth so I don’t understand how I can have a cup of water and I said I’m dehydrated and I feel Like passing out so no I do not recommend this place
