Which exec got bonuses for COST CUTTING that cut staff so much over the years? It didn't just happen that they were totally out of RNs, or that there was never enough PPE, or the right type of PPE. Disgraceful your treatment of your nurses! Unsafe to have such high patient nurse ratios. The nurses you had on staff were professional, caring nurses and knew the patients at your hospital deserved quality care . Awful that you would put your patients at such risk with such poor care . Assigning 1 nurse 20 patients scary!!
treat your nurses better! pay them hazard pay! your entire night staff shouldn't have to walk out to get your attention, I don't see the CEO walking around the hospital during a pandemic, you'll only continue to have problems if you don't do a better job treating your stuff like people and not like objects.
1 nurse for 20 patients? Unsafe & when your nurses speak up you send them home to make the day shift nurses stay 24 hours? Will never recommend this Hospital! Time to change administrators 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Not taking care of their nurses, not taking care of their patients, what the hell are they there for
By requiring your staff to take incredibly unsafe patient assignments, you are endangering both your patients and your nurses. It is unfair, unethical, and down right shameful. It is not okay to treat human lives as if they are expendable!
