I went in today for an emergency. They sent me to urgent care. I had to get walked over to emergency after waiting in uc for an hour. I finally get a room and when I come back from testing, they had a strange man in my room. He said "somebody told him to go in and wait for the doctor to talk to him" even though I was only gone for tests. So THEY SAT ME IN THE HALLWAY FOR 10 MINUTES while the man stayed in my room talking to his doctors. Shut this place down! The entire staff is worthless and unprofessional. There are multiple violations occurring and that's just what I see. I wouldn't bring my dog here to be put down!! The only person who has conducted herself appropriately and professionally is Monica from Patient rights/advocate. Keep her and fire everyone else!

all... most of all... not run efficiently... they leave you waiting 2 hours or more..just to get back to your room..after you just waited 2 hours to go down one floor to take test.... I'm not returning...😰😭😢😡 the nursing staff was wonderful😍

Any physician that makes a statement about “catching them at their most vulnerable state” is a physician with no compassion. Clearly Dr. Andrew King has no compassion for chronic pain patients based on his statement so if your a pain patient an having uncontrollable pain don’t bother seeking help from this hospital they treat protocols instead of patients an assume the role that everyone’s a junkie.
