Improvement in staff treatment of patients
You could have come talk to us yourselves. We werent loud or disruptive. Our grandmother made over 100 of us and most of us live right here. Did you really have to call security? They walked right passed the 30 something people in the hallway at first.. you know why? Because we were not loud or disruptive. Even though they had just told us this was our final moments with her and we just had to make one of the hardest decisions we will ever have to make. The most inconsiderate staff my mom is in the last stages of life she is in SICU on a ventilator and they call security to say there’s to many family members and they tell them not let anyone else in to visit. We are a large family and we want to spend the last moments of her life with her. We stayed in the waiting room near SICU and only a few in her room at a time. The staff who called security should be ashamed.
My Grandmother was transported to Sinai-Grace Hospital on July 27 2019 and since being in the hospital we received good care from her nurse EVA and her doctor, not as great as Beaumont where she is use to going. We received news from her doctor that she was not doing well and to notify the family so that we can prepare to say our goodbyes. This is truly not the original Sinai Hospital I worked at for years, To get Security call on a grieving family is horrible. Sinai-Grace Hospital you took disrespect and insensitive to a whole nother level.
The orthopedic department doesn’t return phone calls and they cancel appointment they day of. They will let you show up to tell you your appointment is canceled and the main lobby receptionist tells you that the orthopedic department won’t even speak to you on in person or over the phone.
Recommendedthey have good doctors they treat their patients well and the nursing staff is outstanding

excellent staff with their labor and delivery team I delivered a healthy baby boy on 6/19 , the post partum nurse where excellent great staff thank yoy.to everyone who was involved.
